A Viscose Locomotive

My grandfather Durfee was a store room clerk for the Viscose Corporation in Meadville Pennsylvania. They manufactured Rayon. This was a locomotive that was rolling down I-90 on a flatbed. I assume it was used to move material around in the huge plant.
