Kenton decided to sight in his 30-30 Winchester. He is using a 3rd generation family gun. I cut the beautiful curly maple stock down and put a fat recoil pad on it. Although it does not look the greatest, it does the job. He is able to put the shot where he wants. When given permission my 8 year old gets the target set up and shoots one shot at a time at 50 yards. He usually runs down to check each time to see how close he hits to the bulls eye. I was thankful it was getting dark and he put everything away.

Wow! Pass on to Kenton how impressed I am with his marksmanship. Should be a great hunt! Love-Mrs. Herl
